The Northmoreland Council on Substance Abuse and Youth is sponsoring a National Night Out Event on Wednesday, August 2nd. Come out to meet your local Police Officers, First Responders and neighbors!! National Night Out aims at building relationships between First Responders and the community. Local businesses and organizations will be present to share information about community resources.
